Weekly check-ins will help to hold you accountable, celebrate the wins, plan for the week ahead and talk through any setbacks or struggles to make sure you continue to progress. We will also adapt your programme as we go through the process so we can see what works best for you.
We will empower you with knowledge and send you educational videos throughout your programme outlining training and nutrition principles. You will have all the tools you need for life to sustain an amazing lifestyle!
Your nutrition plan will be jam packed with tasty, enjoyable foods tailored to your personal calories, macros and goals. We will also teach you how to integrate your favourite foods too!
You will get a tailored workout plan, fitting your goals and your lifestyle, designed based on our training principles, that work!
We will have weekly check ins to assess what is working and if anything needs tweaked to ensure the program fits your lifestyle and you continue to see results.
I knew how I wanted to look, and that I would need to start working out to achieve that, but I didn’t know where to start. I started going to the gym, but since I didn’t really know what I was doing, I spent a lot of time researching the best ways to train. I particularly enjoyed the science behind it because I was studying for my degree in Biomedical Science at the time, therefore I enjoyed being able to apply the theory I had learnt to my workouts! I started to see results with how my body looked, my strength in the gym but most importantly how I felt! This is when I fell in love with training and it became a massive part of my life, helping me develop my positive mindset, confidence, and healthy lifestyle.
Your nutrition plan will be updated with new options every two weeks, in line with your preferences but if you do happen to get something you don’t like you can just let me know and I can swap it.
I have a minimum commitment period of 3 months, but you can stay as long as you would like to!
It depends on your experience, goal and how much time you have available. It’s very possible to fit your workouts around a busy lifestyle. When you join you’ll complete a questionnaire where you can let me know how many workouts you think you can fit in per week, and I will design the most effective workout split around that. However, I usually recommend between 3-5 workouts per week for the best results.

Yes! I coach people all over the world.
Absolutely, your workout program will be designed personally for you therefore you can workout wherever you want to. I just recommend getting some resistance bands for home workouts, if you have any other equipment I can incorporate this into your plan too!
I will always try to include meals that you like. When you join you will complete a questionnaire so that you can tell me all your likes, dislikes and favourite meals!
Yes! I work with women of all ages, backgrounds and goals. Whether you want to tone up, lose weight, build muscle or just live a healthier lifestyle I will design a program specifically for you and your goals.
