My journey … I knew I wanted to change my body but I didn’t know where to start. I felt overwhelmed with the amount of new information there was to learn. I knew I needed to eat more to gain muscle, but I didn’t know how to do that without gaining fat.
I was intimidated by the gym, didn’t know if I was doing exercises right, or even if I was doing the right exercises.
At the time, I was studying for my degree in Biomedical so I spent some time learning the science behind training , I applied this to my training, started to see the results I wanted, and this is when I fell in love with training!💪
This is why I do what I do, I changed my life and it makes me so happy to see other women doing too and becoming, happier stronger and more confident versions of them self.
I love watching my team transform their body, but also their confidence mental health and overall well being too 🥰
Emma loves coaching women on how to become confident in their bodies!
She is an incredibly supportive coach who will encourage you to build a sustainable routine around your exercise and your nutrition. She enjoys showing her clients how to challenge themselves in their workouts, at home or in the gym and still enjoy foods they love whilst achieving their goals! Emma believes the most important thing is that having a coach should be enjoyable and not feel like a chore.
Emma is so about all things health, fitness, and food. Being active is her way of life, from resistance training to yoga, paddle boarding, and skiing! She is a self-confessed Peanut butter addict, pancake lover, gym junkie, and water baby.
Emma said “I understand the struggle to reach your happiest self on a personal level. For the majority of my teens and early twenties my consciousness of my weight was sky high and my confidence rock bottom. I have experienced the slimming-world, weight watchers mid-week restricting #saladlife only for the weekend to roll around and the chocolate/pizza binges to commence. Through experimenting with my personal habits and routines, self-study, investing in online coaching, and qualifying as a PT I have designed a life I thrive off and found my unique version of healthy”.
Emma’s satisfaction is derived from helping others succeed, whether it be your first set of press-ups/pull-ups, a more positive relationship with nutrition/exercise, feeling confident in the weights area, body recomposition, or a weight-loss goal. Emma loves to be by your side every step of the way.
